		<description><![CDATA[Cloudfail reminds me of when people think their regional securities market is going to fail and so they put their money in paper currency under a shoe box because they think it&#039;s &quot;not investing at all when it&#039;s just to risky&quot; ... then someone points out that they are investing in their national currency and accepting whatever risks are associated with that market. Now replace money with infrastructure and you get the same problematic / ignorant perspective.]]></description>
